The NH Seacoast called us back eight years ago; we returned by design. For the first time in many years, we chose where we wanted to live. We have owned eight homes in five states including: Chicago, Glen Ellyn and Wheaton, IL, Stratham, NH, Orchard Park, NY, Germantown, TN, Ridgewood, NJ and presently North Hampton, NH. We were involved in the build of four of our homes. Of most importance during those transitional years was choosing a new home for its comfort, suitability for family life and to provide space for visiting family and friends.

We brought our interest and experience in home ownership to real estate. Chris comes with a background in Human Resources and finance. Anne brings bank management from a bank that specialized in mortgage lending. Our real estate goal is to create successful client partnerships that exemplify integrity, mutual respect, and client focus. We hope to make this an enjoyable experience.

Over the years we have been blessed by working with outstanding realtors. We have embraced a little something from each one of our personal transactions to share with our clients. Anne is a licensed Realtor in both Maine and New Hampshire; Chris is a licensed Realtor in New Hampshire.

We enjoy being a part of our greater seacoast community by volunteering and financially supporting local charities. Presently Chris serves on St. John's Vestry in Portsmouth.  Anne serves on the board of St. Andrew's-by-the-Sea in Rye and volunteers with Lucky Pup Rescue (a foster-based dog rescue) in Kennebunkport, ME.

We share our home with Anne's mom and our four rescue dogs. We enjoy regular visits from our grown children and their various rescues. We love biking (and spinning), walking along the ocean, reading, cooking and of course the dogs. We can be found puttering in our yard during our beautiful New England summers and fall.
